The ideal candidate for this position must have at least two years of retail experience, a passion for customer service and an ability to multi-task efficiently.
The successful candidate will also be knowledgeable about store operations and policies, as well as have strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility that helps our employees continue to grow.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth running of the store.
Have experience working at a fast food restaurant.
Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Be able to deal with difficult customers and develop a rapport with them.
Have previous experience working in a fast food environment.
Have knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
